Descriptions
1. UDW2 lock joint connector, two wire inline joints on telephone drop wire of phosphor bronze with plated tin conductors.
2. It is applied to telephone wiring connection. The lock joint connector is designed for 0.4mm-0.9mm copper or copper-clad steel wires with insulation diameters 2.08mm.
3. The connector is filled with a moisture resistant compound in order to provide moisture proof connections.
4. The connector can provide total environmental sealing around IDC-contacts.
5. Plastic part: Durable polycarbonate with durable, high impact material, red lid and transparent bottom.
6. Contact pin: Phosphor bronze with plated tin surface.
7. The filling compound is prepared from fully synthetic dimethyl silicone fluid.
8. All materials is suitable for operation in the tropic with maximum temperature up to 80° C.
9. All materials used in the connectors shall be non-toxic and dermatologically safe.
